Skillful, thoughtful, and savvy, Lindsay Semler is a breath of fresh air in the Santa Barbara Real Estate scene. With Santa Barbara as her hometown, she brings equal parts knowledge and passion to every part of her work in Real Estate.

With the mindset that no transaction is ever a one-and-done deal, she cherishes her client relationships with tenacious hard work and strategic problem-solving. Turning, at times the impossible into possible while earning her clients’ trust every step of the way.

Lindsay knows the meaning of hard work. She majored in Entrepreneurship at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. While there, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree while she competed for the Division I USC swim team all 4 years where she became a United States National Champion and Two-Time All American. Now, as a mom of three including twin boys, Lindsay is fully versed on how to juggle a busy schedule and get it done!

Since moving back to Santa Barbara in 2015, she has been a part of over 100 real estate transactions, totaling over $350 million in closed sales.
