Flor De Maiz

Let’s start with our local favorite cuisine, Mexican. The newest restaurant to hit the scene on the waterfront, Flor de Maiz has made quite the splash. Taking over the place of the old El Torito, Carlos Luna (the talented owner of the Los Agaves Restaurants) has introduced an innovative twist on Oaxacan cuisine. Its decor and bar scene have already created quite the social scene as the “it place to be”.

Olivers

It may be vegan, but it packs a punch. Located in the place of the infamous Montecito Sports bar, Peabody’s Restaurant, Oliver’s offers healthy alternatives and creative cocktails while perched above Coast Village Road.

Next to the already mentioned Flor de Maiz is the newest Sushi dig. With an alluring menu of Asian flavors set with a Purple backdrop, it will not disappoint. Already offering a rooftop bar and waterfront setting, rumor has it that they will soon also be offering a late-night snack spot right next door.
