A local favorite! Caroline Diani has made her mark on Santa Barbara. She has inspired us all to update our closets and our homes. With curated pieces from all over the world, you truly can find one-of-a-kind pieces with the perfect custom touch from Caroline. Starting in 2002, Caroline Diani opened the first of her stores, Diani Boutique located in Arlington Plaza, next to Carlitos Cantina. My first experience with Caroline began with her outfitting my senior class for our National Charity League Senior showcase in 2009. Popularity grew and she expanded opening her Diani Shoes store, and then came her passion for interior design. With her third store opening in 2013, Diani Living, she began her business of updating and renovating homes. Having had a part in multiple homes scattered across the Santa Barbara Area, Caroline has expanded her business to New York where she shares her time between studios.
Garde ShopFounded in 2012 by Scotti Stiz and John Davidson have been featured in publications such as Elle Décor, Architectural Digest, and our very own Santa Barbara Magazine. At their second-floor hospitality space Garde Hosue. Available as an Airbnb rental starting in August, the 1,000-square-foot apartment is complete with a slew of GARDE wares—all available for purchase—that change seasonally. Originally hired as a delivery driver in 2000, two years after the business opened, Molly soon became invaluable to the company. In 2015 the original owner decided to retire from retail so it was only natural that Molly is the new solo force behind the boutique.
